Develop and lead the implementation of TPM strategies across the plant or production area.

Conduct OEE analysis to identify chronic and sporadic equipment issues.

Facilitate Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Planned Maintenance (PM) activities with operators and technicians.

Train and coach operators and maintenance staff on TPM principles and best practices.

Lead small group activities (SGAs), Kaizen events, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions related to equipment performance.

Monitor key metrics such as downtime, mean time between failure (MTBF), and mean time to repair (MTTR).

Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to schedule and execute improvement plans.

Maintain TPM documentation and visual management tools (e.g., cleaning checklists, maintenance boards).

Support implementation of 6S and other Lean tools in the maintenance and production areas.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all TPM activities.
